Es gibt viele Radläden auf dem Markt... was unterscheidet also uns von den anderen Läden?
Als Erstes spielt die Atmosphäre in unserem Shop eine große Rolle, denn dieser erstrahlt in angenehmer Farbe und verschiedenen Produkt bezogenen Bereichen, die nicht überramscht sind ... damit sich unsere Kunden wohl fühlen und nicht überladen werden mit Rädern.
Wir sind ein Team aus jungen Leuten, die selbst sehr gern Biken und Spaß an der Arbeit mit und um's Rad haben. Kundenservice und eine nette, hilfsbereite Art stehen an erster Stelle!! Der Kunde ist bei uns der König und somit versuchen wir unter dem Motte: "Geht nicht, gibt's nicht" zu agieren. Überzeugt euch selbst!!
Neben dem Verkauf sehr sorgfältig ausgewählter Premiummarken wie Steppenwolf und Cannondale sind wir spezialisiert auf sehr schnellen Service in sämtlichen Bereichen. Auch Schweißen, Rahmenbau und Rikschainstandsetzung gehören zu unseren Vorzügen. Egal welches Alter und welchen Zustand dein Gefährt aufweist, wir beraten Dich gern und reparieren alles.
Für die Firma "Baby Walz" sind wir Kinderwagenservicecenter, wir betreuen mehrere Fahrradverleihe und sind erster Ansprechpartner für diverse Rikschaunternehmen in Dresden.

...deshalb gibt es beim Kauf eines Fahrrades in unserem Shop "1 Jahr Servicegarantie". Neben den ersten Inspektionen könnt Ihr jederzeit reinkommen und wir stellen alles nach, was sich verstellt hat und beraten euch - alles kostenlos!!
Dies fällt uns nicht schwer, denn die Firma Steppenwolf gibt eine Garantie von 5 Jahren auf den Rahmen und die Firma Cannondale sogar lebenslänglich. Das kommt nicht von irgendwoher, diese Firmen sind seid vielen Jahren am Markt und beweisen sich durch höchste Qualität.
Die Firma Steppenwolf produziert Custom Bikes, also Räder, die genau nach dem Wunsch des Kunden gebaut werden. Also Wunschräder, die sich jederzeit zusammen stellen lassen - natürlich in Ihrer Wunschfarbe, Rahmenhöhe und Ihren bevorzugten Komponenten.
